Lillian keeps track of where you are, what you did last time, and what needs adjusting today. The work is progressive, but never one-size-fits-all — she takes into account your strength, experience, energy, and any limitations you're working with.
Some sessions are heavier. Some are faster-paced, sweatier, and higher-energy. Every session has a purpose.

Weekly sessions with Lillian's full attention. Programme built around you, adjusted each time, using the full range of equipment. The most direct format for progress.

Small Group Training
Bring your own group of friends, or slot into one of the open groups. Each person is coached individually within the session, working at her own level. Small enough to feel personal.
